   A case for browsers that work like Unix systems: exposing what's running, configurable through plain text files, and built from small parts instead of one black box.

2. IPv4 address limitations

   IPv4 is running out of addresses, IPv6 fixes that but is hard to use, and a simpler idea called ASP could help too
